Great spot, close to a cool private museum! 🏛️

the transportion is very convenient, the price is cheap, the equipment of the hotel is good, the people around is friendly

The staff was great. Others complained about the ability of the staff to speak English, and it was not perfect. It is France though, so what do you expect? They have live music several times a week in the bar. Many local hang out there, and they were all very nice too. I would stay here again, and recommend this place to someone looking for a decent, affordable hotel.

They keep the heat up so high we had to cover the radiator with a blanket, and open the window for an hour or so every night.

I chose this hotel because its located in a safer area in 11 in paris. The staffs were so friendly and even helped us to call other hotel. (In French)

The location was alright, very close to père lachaise cemetry and just 5 mins away from metro. It is a good place to stay in Paris - very cheap but basically you have all you need there.

The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations, bus stops, and attractions. the rooms were decently clean and the breakfast was tasty with French croissants. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise level from outside, especially at night, was disturbing and disruptive to a good night's sleep.

I really like that the Hotel has a bar where different kind of music is played on the weekeneds. Also, I appreciate that there was free wifi.

This place is in a great location near a tube station, in a vibrant area with bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located near 2 metro lines and it was easy to get to the most important attractions within 25 mins. There are live concerts in the pub within the hotel, very nice.

They advertise fridge in the rooms however in ours there was no one. The towels provided were dirty and with bloody stains...

Absotely NOTHING

Hotels should make consumers aware when they are refurbishing as was the case while I was staying there, Skillsaws still going at 7.30pm do not make for a restful evening. Emails of complaint have gone unanswered

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Located very close to Menilmontant metro station, it's easy to explore all that the city has to offer. The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities, including the rooms with shared bathrooms down the hall, are well-maintained and clean. Plus, the included breakfast is a great value for money.

No significant negatives found during my stay.

The location was particularly good - not too far from the central arrondissements, with a good, eclectic atmosphere and generally felt comfortable to move around in.

Rooms were large and perfect, well done!

We ate at a lovely restaurant for every meal up the street. Besides, the location was good and unbeatable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an art gallery.
